Bent Oak Computer Services carries a large inventory of the products we distribute. All in stock orders received by 3:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day with the exception of Holidays. Orders received after 3:00 p.m., M-F, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next working day.

All orders shipped within the continental US will be shipped Fed Ex Ground, UPS or USPS.

If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department as 803-773-0202 within 24 hours after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.

We make every effort to insure that your product arrives within a reasonable amount of time, usually three to five days. However, in the event of an error by the shipping company, we put a "tracer" on the package. The tracer will attempt to locate the whereabouts of the order through the shipping company.

This tracer takes eight days to confirm loss of the product. You may re-order the product before the eight days is over, and it will be shipped again. However, your credit card will be charged for the additional product, and refunded when it's confirmed that your original order was indeed lost by the shipper. If both the new and original order arrive, all you need to do is ship back one of the orders, and we'll refund the proper amount to your credit card.

Bent Oak Computer Services makes every effort to provide accurate prices and product specification but reserves the right to change prices or correct errors in product specifications without notice.

Return Authorization is required. At Bent Oak Computer Services our #1 goal is your satisfaction with our products and service. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, please contact us to make a return within 30 days of purchase. You may arrange a return by speaking directly with our customer service department at 803-773-0202 or by sending your request via e-mail to sales@bentoakcs.com. All returned merchandise must be new and resalable condition, in its original cartons with original packing, accessories, guarantees and instructions. Any returns received without prior arrangements or for reasons other than defective or damaged products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Bent Oak Computer Services attempts to manage its inventory levels to minimize back orders but on some occasion some merchandise will be out of stock or need to special ordered and will not be shipped with you order. Unless otherwise canceled by you, all backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible after they arrive in our distribution center. If you wish, you may instruct us to cancel all backorders or hold orders until complete.

In the event that you need to cancel an order placed online, please call 803-773-0202 and speak to one of our customer service representatives. If we are unable to cancel your order because it has already been shipped, you may return it using the return procedures detailed above.

Special Orders or non-stocked items are non-returnable.

All order shipped to destinations within South Carolina will be charged sales tax.
